Family:

my grandmother is a God fearing person, her dad ( my great grand father) had been involved in revival ministries and this blessing was given to all of us. her brother had taught at marthoma seminaries and some of her brothers are/were involved/initiators of many movements. but as time faded the church was established more of a building than the community that began it. But i believe that as said in Jer 1:5

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
before you were born I set you apart;
I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."

( my grand mother told about her family to me " my dad had been a part of a great revival, in kallissery we organized palm leaves( olla) roofed prayer centres and they used to jump in that rejoicing and praising the Lord, i had been a part of this revival, it was the blessing that my father carried that was given to all my generations, i can proudly say that the Lord has not let any of my children or their children gone astray. )and this blessing i hope would remain for eternity, and this is what Lord wanted for me.

The Nativity - by Gari Melchers

This could be my first ever critique of art that I have ever written and that is because it is only recently art has captured my interest as much as this work. James Series | Hearers and Listeners | James 1:19-25

Scripture: James 1:19-25 Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger; for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God. Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like. But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing.
