I have decided to follow Jesus

This is my retake on the famous hymn "I have decided to follow Jesus"

[Intro]
I have decided to follow Jesus (2)
No turning back (2)

[Verse]
In his presence, my soul is filled with glory (2)
His blood has been my greatest gain (2)

[Chorus]
I have decided to follow Jesus (2)
No turning back ( 2 )

[Verse]
Now my eyes does behold his beauty (2)
For the promise has now been fulfilled (2)

[Chorus]
I have decided to follow Jesus (2)
No turning back ( 2 )

[Verse]
Now we sing in Jubilation
Now we raise a song of praise
Christ our Lord is now alive,
Hallelujah,  God be praised.

[Chorus]
I have decided to follow Jesus (2)
No turning back ( 2 )

[Outro]
When we shall hear the trumpet call,
We shall be transformed;
Christ shall descent on the clouds above,
We shall see the radiant Son

There he shows his beauty to me,
I will find myself complete;
Now let the church in Jubilation,
Rise their hand and now proclaim

Death your sting is no more painful,
Sin no longer one with me;
God in whom we trust is faithful
In his grace, now I live.

The Nativity - by Gari Melchers

This could be my first ever critique of art that I have ever written and that is because it is only recently art has captured my interest as much as this work. This write up is made both in English and German as I want to practice my German.  'The Nativity' by Gari Melchers.  I am not an art expert and my critique is from a layman's point of view, but bear with me. James Series | Hearers and Listeners | James 1:19-25

Scripture: James 1:19-25 Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger; for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God. Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like. But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing.
